The QC-photo step exists to prevent problems before they happen. If something still goes wrong, here's how we handle it.
QC photos come first
Before anything ships, we send QC photos of your exact item and you approve them. This is the main protection against problems: you're confirming the real item, not a catalogue render, before any money goes toward shipping. If you spot something off in the photos, tell us and we'll check another or sort it out.
If your item arrives damaged or wrong
Message us within a reasonable time of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Because we ship directly and there's no agent in between, we handle it ourselves. Depending on the situation we'll arrange a replacement, a partial refund or another resolution.

What we can't cover
Because these are made-to-order replica items shipped internationally, we can't accept change-of-mind returns once an item has shipped — that's why the QC-photo approval step matters. Sizing issues are best avoided by confirming your size with us before you pay; we'll always check the factory chart for your exact model.
Customs seizures are outside our control and vary by country, so check your own country's rules before ordering in volume. We'll always do what we reasonably can to help.
What to expect, step by step
If you do raise an issue, here's the typical flow so you know what happens after you message us. Most cases are resolved within a few days once we have clear photos.
- You message us on WhatsApp with photos and your order or tracking number
- We confirm the issue and check it against the QC photos you approved
- We propose a resolution — usually a replacement, partial refund, or store credit toward your next order
- Once you agree, we action it; replacements ship on the same direct DHL/UPS/FedEx routes
We'd always rather get it right than leave you unhappy, because most of our orders come from repeat buyers and word of mouth. Being a direct seller — with no agent in the middle — is what lets us handle every step ourselves instead of passing you between parties.
