RepsYupoo is a direct-ship seller. We hold our own stock and ship it to you ourselves by DHL, UPS or FedEx. There's no agent account to set up, no Taobao spreadsheet to hunt through, and no second warehouse-forwarding fee — the price we quote includes shipping.

Most of the rep world runs on the agent model, where a middleman buys from a Chinese marketplace on your behalf and forwards it from a warehouse. That model has its place, but for a clean single order it adds steps, time and a second shipping bill. We built RepsYupoo to be the simpler alternative: pick from an album, message us, approve QC photos, and we ship it direct.

We started the way most buyers do — going through agents, waiting in warehouse queues for QC photos, and paying a second shipping bill on every order. It worked, but the friction was real, and the most common complaint we saw across the community wasn't about quality at all. It was about communication going quiet after payment. We decided the experience could be simpler and more honest, so we built a direct-ship operation around the things buyers actually care about: real photos before you pay, one all-in price, a tracked parcel, and a person who keeps replying.

Today we hold our own stock across six categories and ship worldwide ourselves. A large share of our orders come from repeat buyers and word of mouth, which is the standard we hold ourselves to — if an order goes wrong, we'd rather fix it than lose the relationship.
