When you order, we collect the information needed to fulfil it: the items you want, your shipping name and address, your destination country, and the contact details you message us from (such as your WhatsApp number). We don't ask for more than the order requires.

We keep order and contact information only as long as needed to complete and support your order. We don't sell your information. Shipping details are shared with the courier (DHL, UPS or FedEx) solely to deliver your parcel.

You can ask us what information we hold about you and ask us to delete it once your order is complete and support is no longer needed. Message us on WhatsApp to make a request.
